📋 Transaction Procedure

The transaction is conducted strictly according to the following procedure:

  1. The client sends us a Letter of Intent (LOI) with all the details of the desired diamonds.
  2. We check the availability on the market and make an offer to the client.
  3. After having examined the offer and chosen the desired diamonds, the client confirms the institution where the diamonds will be received (generally a bank).
  4. The contract is drawn up and signed by the relevant parties.
  5. The client makes the payment by bank transfer directly to Brinks.
  6. Brinks takes care of the verification and delivery of the diamonds in question.
